These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to wiserdusk.com, WiserFin, Wiserlytics, Wiserlytics Workspace, the Wiserdusk mobile app, Academy, expert booking, and related services operated by Wiserdusk.
Who you contract with. Wiserdusk is a sole proprietorship in India, not a private limited company. The proprietor is personally responsible for the business. Website payments are collected by the proprietorship through Razorpay. Digital purchases inside Android apps are sold by Google Play, not by a separate Wiserdusk company. Prices on the website are in INR unless a page says otherwise. If you are outside India, Indian law still governs these Terms, and your local consumer rules may also apply.
By creating an account, uploading data, purchasing a plan, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. At sign-up you must tick two separate boxes (Privacy & Terms, and 18+). We do not treat a single “I agree” line as consent.
Merchants select sector and industry at signup. That context drives peer benchmarks, AI recommendations, and leaderboards and must not be misrepresented.
WiserFin — personal finance insights from bank/salary uploads for consumers.
Wiserlytics — operational and financial intelligence for businesses, including KPIs, benchmarks, and AI recommendations.
Wiserlytics Workspace — fuller desktop/workspace experience for eligible Desktop plans.
Also: sector leaderboards (anonymised peers), Academy courses, and optional expert matching when a verified expert is listed. Features vary by Mobile vs Desktop credit plans. The Android app does not show dummy user or expert profiles.
Upload only data you have the right to use. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse AI or leaderboard endpoints, attempt to view peers outside your signup sector, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
On the website, subscriptions and credits are billed via Razorpay (or other processors shown at checkout). The price shown on the website is the amount charged at checkout. Wiserdusk does not add a separate GST amount to that total. In the Android app, digital Mobile Intelligence subscriptions are billed through Google Play Billing at the price Google Play shows (Play may include applicable taxes). Play-billed purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed in Google Play, not through website checkout. The Android app does not offer an alternative payment method for the same digital subscription.
Google Play subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Billing period is monthly or yearly, as selected. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period. Google Play may charge applicable taxes. Refunds for Play purchases follow Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.
Credits are approximate and are consumed by AI analysis. Usage depends on the size and complexity of each request — we do not guarantee a number of documents. Website Mobile and Android Mobile are the same Wiserdusk plan on your account.
Prices may change with reasonable notice for renewals. Academy and selected products may support guest checkout (name + email) where shown on the website.
First-time refund requests for website (Razorpay) purchases may be made within 30 days of purchase via Contact, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Refunds for Google Play purchases must be requested through Google Play. Delivery terms: Shipping & Delivery Policy.
AI outputs and benchmarks are informational guidance only — not audit, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional. AI can be wrong.
Wiserdusk is not a bank, NBFC, payment system operator, or SEBI-registered investment adviser. Uploading a statement does not create a banking, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.
Wiserdusk software, branding, dashboards, and Academy content are owned by Wiserdusk or its licensors. You retain ownership of files you upload and grant us a licence to process them solely to deliver the service.
Links to third-party sites or Wiserdusk venture apps (e.g. Hisaabio, Neowplay, Oliobay, Dragplay) may have separate terms and privacy policies. Those documents control for those products.
Any mention of tokens or other ventures is informational only. It is not an offer to buy, sell, or trade securities, virtual digital assets, or crypto-assets inside the Wiserdusk Android app.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid to Wiserdusk in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion via Delete your account or Contact. We may suspend or end access for Terms violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability limits, disclaimers) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
India grievance (DPDP Act 2023, DPDP Rules 2025, IT Rules 2021 where we host user content): Grievance Officer — contact@wiserdusk.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve or explain within 15 days (DPDP access requests: within 30 days). You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Wiserdusk is not a bank, NBFC, stock broker, or SEBI-registered adviser. Games and virtual coins have no cash value and are not betting. You must be 18+.
