Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to wiserdusk.com, WiserFin, Wiserlytics, Wiserlytics Workspace, the Wiserdusk mobile app, Academy, expert booking, and related services operated by Wiserdusk.

By creating an account, uploading data, purchasing a plan, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and provide accurate information. Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Merchants select sector and industry at signup. That context drives peer benchmarks, AI recommendations, and leaderboards and must not be misrepresented.

WiserFin — personal finance insights from bank/salary uploads for consumers.

Wiserlytics — operational and financial intelligence for businesses, including KPIs, benchmarks, and AI recommendations.

Wiserlytics Workspace — fuller desktop/workspace experience for eligible Desktop plans.

Also: sector leaderboards (anonymised peers), Academy courses, and optional expert matching. Features vary by Mobile vs Desktop credit plans. Some capabilities may be labelled coming soon.

Upload only data you have the right to use. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse AI or leaderboard endpoints, attempt to view peers outside your signup sector, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions and credits are billed via Razorpay (or other processors shown at checkout). Credits are consumed per upload and AI report as described on Pricing.

Prices may change with reasonable notice for renewals. Academy and selected products may support guest checkout (name + email) where shown.

First-time refund requests may be made within 30 days of purchase via Contact, subject to our support policy and applicable law.

AI outputs and benchmarks are informational guidance only — not audit, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional. AI can be wrong.

Wiserdusk software, branding, dashboards, and Academy content are owned by Wiserdusk or its licensors. You retain ownership of files you upload and grant us a licence to process them solely to deliver the service.

Links to third-party sites or Wiserdusk venture apps (e.g. Hisaabio, Neowplay, Oliobay, Dragplay) may have separate terms and privacy policies. Those documents control for those products.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid to Wiserdusk in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion via Account settings or Contact. We may suspend or end access for Terms violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability limits, disclaimers) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
