How Wiserdusk collects, uses, and protects your data — effective 13 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wiserdusk (“we”, “us”) handles personal and business data when you use wiserdusk.com, WiserFin, Wiserlytics, Wiserlytics Workspace, the Wiserdusk mobile app, Academy, expert booking, and related services.
Venture apps under the Wiserdusk umbrella (for example Hisaabio, Neowplay, Oliobay, Dragplay) may have their own privacy notices — those apply in addition to this policy for those products.
Account: name, email, password (stored hashed), role (consumer or merchant), and profile fields you provide.
Merchant context: sector, industry, revenue band, products/services, company name, and GST where provided — used for peer benchmarks and leaderboard matching within your signup context only.
Consumer context: profession, industry, salary range, and short bio used as WiserFin AI memory.
Uploads & derived data: bank statements, salary slips, P&L / ops spreadsheets, PDFs, CSV/Excel exports, and KPI JSON produced by AI extraction.
Preferences: language (e.g. English / Hindi), visitor mode, and similar settings stored in your browser or account.
Usage & payments: pages visited, device/browser, IP address, subscription/credit usage, and Razorpay payment references (we do not store full card numbers).
To run AI extraction, dashboards, timelines, memory companion, peer benchmarks, leaderboard scoring, and recommendations tied to your profile.
To process subscriptions, Academy guest checkout, send service notices, and respond to support requests.
To improve product quality within your merchant signup context (industry + sector + revenue band when available). We do not mix peer comparisons across unrelated sectors.
Rankings compare you only to peers in your industry or sector (and revenue band when available). There is no browsing of unrelated sectors.
Other users see anonymised aliases — not your company name or email. Your real identity is never shown on public leaderboards.
Uploads may be processed by contracted AI providers to extract KPIs and generate insights. Outputs are guidance only — not audit, tax, medical, legal, or investment advice. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional. AI can make mistakes.
We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with payment processors (e.g. Razorpay), infrastructure and AI service providers under contract, or when required by law.
Matched Experts receive only what you choose to share when booking a consultation.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, language and visitor preferences, and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics when enabled).
You can clear cookies or site data in your browser; some features (including staying signed in) may not work without them.
We use HTTPS/SSL in transit and industry-standard safeguards for stored data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for billing, legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations. You may request deletion via Account settings where available or through the contact page.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and cancel subscriptions from your account (access continues until the end of the paid period).

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Infrastructure or AI providers may process data outside India. Where we do so, we take steps consistent with applicable law and our contracts with those providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
