How do I create an account?

Click on the "Sign In" button in the header, then select the "Sign Up" tab. Fill in your full name, email address, and create a password. Make sure to agree to the Terms & Conditions, then click "Create Account". You'll be automatically signed in and redirected to the home page.
What file formats can I upload for financial analysis?

Our Financial Analyzer supports multiple file formats including Excel (.xlsx, .xls), PDF files, and CSV files. You can upload Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, GST summaries, and bank statements. The system will automatically clean, normalize, and structure your data.
How do I access the diagnostic tools?

Once you've signed in and uploaded your financial data, you can access all 12 diagnostic tools from the Tools page. Simply navigate to "Tools" in the header menu, and you'll see all available diagnostic tools. Each tool provides specific insights based on your uploaded financial data.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer four plans: Single Tool (₹149/month) for access to the Financial Analyzer, All Tools (₹499/month) for full access to all 12 diagnostic tools, Consultation (₹4,999/month) which includes all tools plus monthly consultations, and Enterprise (custom pricing) for complete solutions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll continue to have access to all features until then. No cancellation fees apply.
Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

How do I update my account information?

Sign in to your account and navigate to the Account page. You can update your profile information, billing address, and account settings from there. Changes are saved immediately and reflected across all your Wiserdusk services.
Is my financial data secure?

Yes, we take data security very seriously. All financial data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption during transmission and storage. We never share your data with third parties, and you can delete your data at any time from your account settings.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the Sign In page, click "Forgot Password?" link below the password field. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. This feature is currently in development. For now, please contact our support team for assistance.
