Click Sign In on the home page, choose Sign Up, and pick your path: Consumer (WiserFin — personal finance) or Business (Wiserlytics — operations intelligence). Merchants must select sector, industry, products, and revenue band — this sets your peer group for benchmarks and leaderboard. You can also guest-checkout Academy courses with name and email only.

Choose a plan on the Pricing page. Mobile plans work on phone and mobile web views. Desktop plans unlock the full Wiserlytics workspace on wider screens plus Wiserlytics mobile dashboard. WiserFin opens from the home page or wiserfin.html after a consumer plan is active.

WiserFin is for salaried consumers. Upload statements related to your finances, get auto-categorised spending, a personal timeline, and AI memory so insights stay relevant to your life — not generic tips.

Wiserlytics is for business owners. Upload finance or ops data to see KPIs, cost leaks, revenue drivers, industry peer benchmarks, and AI suggestions — all scoped to the sector and industry you chose at signup.

The leaderboard ranks your business against your peers only — same industry (narrow view) or same sector (broader view). Names are anonymised; there is no filter to browse other sectors. Rankings update from uploads and sector context.

Mobile Intelligence — credit packs for mobile-only uploads and leaderboard.
Desktop Intelligence — larger credit packs plus Wiserlytics workspace on desktop.

Yes — cancel from Account or Subscription settings. Access and remaining credits continue until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fee.

Contact support within 30 days of a first-time subscription if you are unsatisfied. After that, refunds are reviewed case by case. Academy guest purchases follow the same support process.

Sign in to your account and navigate to the Account page. You can update your profile information, billing address, and account settings from there. Changes are saved immediately and reflected across all your Wiserdusk services.

Yes. Data is sent over HTTPS. Uploads are processed to deliver AI insights; we do not sell your data. Leaderboard shows anonymised peer names only. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for full details.

While signed in, open Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm. In the Android app use Profile → Delete account. You can also use the contact form and choose Delete my account completely.

On the Sign In page, click Forgot Password? below the password field and enter the email you used to sign up. We send a reset link through Firebase. If you signed up with Google, use Google account recovery instead.

Expert matching is not available currently. The Experts page lists only published professionals — booking is off. Academy offers courses and community learning separately.

Digital Mobile Intelligence plans in the Wiserdusk Android app are billed through Google Play and auto-renew until you cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Website Razorpay checkout is not used inside the Android app. The app is for users aged 18+. Privacy: privacy.html · Terms: terms.html.

Expert matching is coming soon. Only published experts are listed, and booking is not available currently. Leaderboard peers are anonymised (Anonymous 1, Anonymous 2). Rankings only compare people in your own sector.
