Hisaabio

Track personal loans between friends and family. Create agreements with amounts, interest, and due dates, get push reminders, share PDF summaries, and settle cleanly — Hisaabio is a record-keeping app, not a bank.

One clear record. Both sides covered.

Instead of chasing messages across chats, Hisaabio gives every loan a single shared record. The lender creates it, the borrower accepts it, and both see the same status all the way to paid.

Hisaabio — personal loan tracker for friends and family

What is Hisaabio?

Hisaabio is a personal loan agreement and reminder utility for trusted circles — friends, family, and colleagues. It does not process money transfers and is not a bank or financial institution. Both lender and borrower see the same record from creation through repayment.

✉️

Simple Email Sign-in

Create your account with name and email (phone and address are optional). Add borrowers or lenders by the identifiers you enter in each agreement.

🧾

Structured Agreements

Create loans with amount, contact, due date, interest settings, and notes. Choose installment or bulk repayment types — both sides see the same agreement.

🔔

Push Reminders

Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers reminders when a loan is created, approaching its due date, or when payments are recorded — keeping both parties informed.

📊

Payment Lifecycle

Track payments as pending, confirmed, or disputed. View a timeline and change history for every agreement so nothing is lost in chat threads.

Trust Indicators

In-app Hisaabio score and member-since date help you gauge reliability when lending or borrowing within your network.

📄

PDF Share History

Export a PDF summary of your loan history on-device and share it when you need a clean record outside the app.

How It Works

From loan creation to clean closure

1

Register with your name and email, verify, and your account is ready. Optionally add phone and address to your profile.

2

Create a Loan

Add the borrower or lender by email, set the amount, due date, interest, and any note. The other party gets a push notification to accept the agreement.

3

Track & Get Reminded

Watch status move from Pending to Accepted. Reminders fire before the due date so neither side forgets.

4

Mark Paid & Close

The lender marks the loan paid. The record moves to history — clean, clear, and stored for future reference.
