By downloading, accessing, or using Hisaabio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Hisaabio is a record-keeping and reminder application for informal money agreements between people who already know each other (for example friends or family).
In-app records are a shared log of what users typed. They are not automatically a court order or a statutory credit file.
You must be 18 years or older. You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping credentials confidential, and activity on your account.
You own the information you enter and grant us a license to host it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for whether any agreement is lawful where you live. Do not use Hisaabio to run a licensed commercial lending business unless you already hold every required licence.
The score is an in-app indicator from repayment timing on accepted records. It is not a credit bureau report. It does not increase above zero for “good” behavior alone. Third parties rely on it at their own risk.
Exported PDFs reflect app records, not a court judgment. Notifications depend on device and network settings. The app may show ads (Google AdMob). Paid plans shown in the app may be informational only until billing is available.
Do not use Hisaabio for illegal, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes, impersonation, or attacks on the service. Report an agreement from its details screen or email help@wiserdusk.com. We may remove content or suspend accounts.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or disputes between users. Our total liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months (if any) or USD 100, except where local law requires otherwise.
Hisaabio is a personal record book. It is not a bank, NBFC, digital lending app, or court. Scores and PDFs are not credit reports or legal judgments. Do not use it to collect money you are not legally owed.
Grievance Officer: contact@wiserdusk.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days where intermediary rules apply, and within 30 days for DPDP requests. Report a record from the app or by email.
