Hisaabio is a loan agreement record and reminder utility. Hisaabio does not process money transfers, is not a bank or financial institution, and does not provide legal advice.

• Protect account credentials and device access.
• Comply with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Resolve repayment or contract disputes directly with involved parties.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use Hisaabio for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.

4. Availability

We aim to keep services reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hisaabio is not liable for repayment disputes, legal enforcement outcomes, user data entry errors, or indirect/consequential losses arising from app use.

6. Account Restriction

We may restrict access for policy violations, fraud, abuse, or security risks.

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
