Wiserswap connects traders for item-for-item exchanges only. We do not process payments, hold escrow, or guarantee any trade.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with local laws.
Only brand-new, never-used items may be listed. Misleading listings may be removed and accounts suspended.
All negotiations and exchanges happen directly between users. Wiserswap is not responsible for loss, fraud, or disputes. Inspect items before exchanging.
No illegal goods, harassment, spam, or attempts to circumvent platform rules. We may suspend accounts for violations.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using Wiserswap anytime. Delete your account via app settings or delete-account.html.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
Wiserswap hosts user listings as an intermediary under the IT Act and IT Rules, 2021. Use in-app Report and Block. Grievance Officer: contact@wiserdusk.com. Acknowledgment within 24 hours; resolution within 15 days where practicable.
