Wiserswap is a peer-to-peer barter app for exchanging brand-new items only — no cash payments on the platform. This policy explains what we collect and your rights under applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and GDPR where it applies.
We do not sell your personal information.
Profile and listing data you publish is visible to other traders. We use service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under contract. We may disclose data if required by law.
We retain data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention. See Delete your account.
Wiserdusk is the Data Fiduciary. Sign-up uses two separate, unticked boxes (Privacy & Terms, and 18+) — not a single “I agree” line. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export, or withdraw consent by deleting your account. Contact contact@wiserdusk.com (typically 30 days). Specified cyber incidents are reported to CERT-In within 6 hours.
Wiserswap is for users 18 years or older only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We use HTTPS and access controls. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
