For Buyers:

  • Complete transactions directly with sellers
  • Use coupon codes responsibly and as intended
  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent deals

For Sellers:

  • Provide accurate and truthful deal information
  • Honor all deals and prices as advertised
  • Maintain adequate stock for advertised deals
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide valid GST information when applicable

4. Deal Verification

All seller applications and deal proposals undergo verification to ensure:

  • Seller authenticity and legitimacy
  • Deal feasibility and accuracy
  • Compliance with platform standards

We reserve the right to reject or remove any deal that does not meet our verification standards.

5. No Transaction Processing

OlioBay does NOT process transactions, handle payments, or act as a merchant. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers on the seller's website. We are not responsible for:

  • Product quality or delivery
  • Payment processing or refunds
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Coupon code validity or expiration

6. Intellectual Property

All content on OlioBay, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of OlioBay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to manipulate deal prices or stock
  • Share or distribute coupon codes in violation of seller terms
  • Interfere with platform operations or security
  • Impersonate any person or entity

8. Limitation of Liability

OlioBay acts as a media platform only. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

  • Transactions between buyers and sellers
  • Product quality or delivery issues

  • Seller website availability or functionality
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in deal information

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform's integrity.
