By downloading, installing, or using Neowplay you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Neowplay is a casual fantasy-style collectible card duel for entertainment only. Gameplay compares fictional in-game stats. There are no cash prizes tied to match results, no paid-entry contests with monetary rewards, and no redemption of coins, diamonds, or other virtual items for money or anything with monetary value outside the app.
All character names, card art, statistics, events, and leagues shown in Neowplay are fictional entertainment content unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
Neowplay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any real sports league, federation, club, team, athlete, celebrity, or brand. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or to real events is coincidental where applicable.
You must not use Neowplay to imply an official partnership with any third party.
We may update, rebalance, replace, rename, or remove cards, stats, modes, events, visuals, virtual items, ads, shop offers, and other features at any time, including in ways that affect your collection or progress display.
Continued use after an update means you accept the revised experience, except where applicable law gives you additional rights.
You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and device access. You must provide accurate information (such as your display name) and keep it reasonably up to date.
You may delete your account from Profile → Account settings → Delete account. See Delete your Neowplay account.
Coins and diamonds are virtual in-app items with no real-world cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred for money, or exchanged outside Neowplay except as we explicitly allow in the app.
Optional in-app purchases (for example shop bundles) are processed by Google Play Billing. Prices, taxes, and payment handling are shown at purchase time. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.
Purchased virtual items are consumable digital content for use inside Neowplay only.
The app may show optional rewarded ads and other ads through Google Mobile Ads. Ad availability, rewards, and limits may change. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, harass others, reverse engineer the app, scrape data, or use Neowplay for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, abuse, or security risks.
Leaderboard and multiplayer features are for casual competition. We may adjust matchmaking, opponents, limits, and scoring to maintain fairness and service stability.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using Neowplay you also agree to that policy.
If you have a complaint about Neowplay (including purchases, ads, account issues, or misleading content), email contact@wiserdusk.com with your registered email, device model, app version, and a clear description.
We aim to acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days where reasonably possible, subject to applicable law.
Neowplay is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wiserdusk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, downtime, loss of virtual progress, or third-party services (including Google or Firebase).
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the revised Terms unless law requires otherwise.
