Delete your account

How to delete your Neowplay account and what happens to your data.

Delete in the app

Open Neowplay and sign in.
Open Profile (person icon on the home screen).
Scroll to Delete account and confirm in the dialog.

This removes your Firebase login and game progress stored for that account. If deletion is blocked, sign out, sign in again, then retry.

For email/password sign-in, use Forgot password? on the login screen if you need account access before deleting. Google sign-in accounts use Google account recovery.

Delete by email (if you cannot use the app)

Email contact@wiserdusk.com from the email linked to your account.

Subject: Delete my Neowplay account

We will verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days (usually sooner).

Data that is deleted

Data	What happens
Login account (Firebase Authentication)	Removed — you cannot sign in with that identity again.
Profile and game progress	Deleted from Firestore and disconnected from your account.
On-device app data	Cleared when you uninstall the app or log out after deletion.

Data that may be kept

Data	Why	How long
Leaderboard or aggregate stats	May remain in anonymized form where other players need consistent rankings.	While required for service integrity or by law.
Backups and security logs	Fraud prevention and legal requirements.	Up to 90 days, then removed from backups.
Ad data (Google AdMob)	Handled by Google, not Neowplay.	See Google privacy policy.
