EduDusk (“Duskad”) is operated by Wiserdusk. This policy explains how we handle personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password hash), course progress, community posts, and usage data to improve our services. Analytics cookies load only after you consent via our cookie banner.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide courses and community features, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and improve EduDusk.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Account data is stored on secure servers. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies for session management and, with your consent, Google Analytics. You can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on first visit.

5. Your Rights (DPDP & GDPR)

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Delete your account in profile settings or follow Delete your EduDusk account. Contact contact@wiserdusk.com; we respond within 30 days where required.

6. Age

EduDusk is for users 18 years or older only.
